Anodized aluminium sheet

Definition of anodized aluminum plate:
Anodizing is widely used in industry to form a thick and dense oxide film on the metal surface to significantly change its corrosion resistance, improve hardness, wear resistance and decorative properties.
Anodized aluminum sheet is a modern basic and universal method of surface treatment. Anodizing can be divided into ordinary anodizing and hard anodizing. The color film obtained by metal electrolytic coloring has good wear resistance, light resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in the decoration and corrosion protection of modern architectural aluminum profiles. However, the anodic oxide film has high porosity and adsorption capacity, and is easily eroded by pollution and corrosive media, and must be sealed to improve corrosion resistance, anti-pollution ability and fix pigment bodies.
A layer of oxide film can be formed on the surface of the material after ordinary anodic oxidation. Using different anodic oxidation solutions, the obtained oxide film structure is different. During anodization, the growth of the oxide film includes two processes: the electrochemical formation of the film and the chemical dissolution process. Only when the growth rate of the film is greater than the dissolution rate, the oxide film can grow and thicken. Common anodizing mainly includes sulfuric acid anodizing, chromic acid anodizing, oxalic acid anodizing and phosphoric acid anodizing.
